Teaching, mentoring and supporting the musical development of young performers through piano lessons, recitals and creative music-making.

From March to July 2024, I worked as a Piano Instructor at Anant Sangeet Academy. My role involved individual and group teaching, preparing students for performances and contributing to musical events organised by the academy.

The experience strengthened my interest in teaching as a creative practice—one that develops confidence, curiosity and individual musical identity alongside technical ability.

A creative music initiative developed for students at Sanskar School, bringing together performance, learning and personal experience.

Returning to the school as a musician and educator created an opportunity to share a journey that had once begun in the same environment. Through performance, conversation and practical musical activities, the project introduced students to different ways of learning, creating and building a life through music.

The session encouraged students to see musical practice not only as technical training, but as a space for curiosity, discipline and personal expression.
